I grew up in Washington, D.C., immersing myself in our Nation's Capital museums and diverse cultural offerings. This imbued in me from a young age, an appreciation for the Arts, well-designed spaces, architecture, and beauty. From the old brick brownstones of Georgetown, to the iconic Embassies which define Washington, it was a privilege to both see and interact with well-designed, thoughtful spaces.
After spending time abroad both studying and working in Italy after college, I returned to Boston and pursued my degree in Interior Design. Over the past twenty years, I have worked in many sectors of the Architecture & Design industry: from Hospitality Design, to Residential Interiors, Commercial Interior Design, Master Planning, and Sales.
This unique blend of professional work, has given me a heightened appreciation for the current marketplace demand we are seeing: where workspaces are trending less private, more collaborative; where companies are looking for creative solutions to make their offices dynamic in both feeling and functionality; and where the traditional "office" is being less defined by its location and history, and more by its employee makeup, and branding.
For these reasons, GRIDC LLC, was formed to assist companies with creative, on budget, Contract FF&E solutions.
I graduated from Middlebury College with a BA in Art History/Italian, and received my Interior Design professional degree from The New England School of Art & Design.
